We are building the independent authority layer for the autonomous software era.

Every major platform is building agent governance into its own infrastructure. None of them can independently verify what their own infrastructure produced. Zovent is the independent third party that fills that gap, permanently, structurally, and without a conflict of interest.

The thesis

    AI agents are taking consequential actions: approving payments, making credit decisions, executing trades, processing claims, autonomously, at speed, across systems no single platform can see end to end

  2. 02

    Technical permission is not organisational authority. The gap between what an agent was declared to be permitted to do and what its credentials actually allow is the most common and most consequential finding in every Zovent assessment

    Every platform that governs agent activity: Salesforce, Okta, Broadcom, AWS, Zenity, Drata, produces evidence from inside its own infrastructure. That evidence is self-reported. It is not independent

    Enterprise buyers, financial regulators, cyber insurers, and courts require evidence produced by a party outside the infrastructure being assessed. That structural requirement is permanent, it cannot be satisfied by any platform provider without abandoning the infrastructure position that makes them valuable

    Zovent is that party. Structurally outside every executing platform. That independence is not a positioning choice. It is the architectural condition that makes the evidence trustworthy

The founder

Blessing Omosebi founded Zovent at the intersection of three disciplines that do not usually sit in the same room, technical security analysis, institutional governance research, and financial accountability frameworks.

The NAB experience matters specifically. Fraud analysis at a major bank means spending every working day at the intersection of what systems permit and what organisations actually authorise. That gap, between what the system allowed and what the mandate covered, is exactly the gap Zovent maps for AI agents.

The methodology

Zovent's assessment methodology draws from three independent bodies of practice:

    Financial audit: the profession that established independence as the structural requirement for trustworthy evidence about financial systems

  2. 02

    Institutional governance research: the discipline that maps how authority is delegated, documented, and reconstructed in complex organisations

  3. 03

    Technical security analysis: the practice of mapping what systems can actually do, independent of what they are supposed to do

The Know Your Agent framework: Zovent's proprietary methodology for independent authority reconstruction, is built from first principles across all three disciplines, applied specifically to the agent authority problem that existing compliance frameworks do not yet address.

The position

Zovent is not a security company. Not a governance platform. Not a compliance tool. Zovent is building toward being an independent institution, the agent equivalent of the financial audit profession, the credit rating agency, the product certification body.

Those institutions did not exist before the markets they serve required them. Independent financial audit did not exist before capital markets needed trusted evidence about corporate accounts. Credit ratings did not exist before lenders needed trusted assessments of counterparty risk.

The independent authority verification layer for autonomous AI systems does not yet exist as a recognised institution. Zovent is building it, starting with one consequential financial agent, one authority chain, ten business days.

What we are building toward

    The foundational object: an Agent Authority Record for every consequential AI agent, independently reconstructed and continuously maintained

  2. 02

    The standard: the Know Your Agent framework, published and progressively adopted as the reference methodology for independent agent authority verification

  3. 03

    The institution: a recognised independent verification body whose records are accepted by regulators, insurers, courts, and enterprise buyers as authoritative evidence of AI agent authority
